Stand Up Paddling (SUP) has emerged as a new sport and fitness craze, even though it began many years ago in Hawaii. Outer Banks Stand Up Paddle is the Outer Bank's first business dedicated entirely to SUP. We are family owned and operated and specialize in lessons and rentals.

The shallow and calm waters of the Currituck Sound are ideal for lessons and long paddle work-outs. Consistent waves along the entire coastline offer a challenge to those interested in paddle surfing. The sport is easy to learn and can be enjoyed wherever there is a body of water.
